Custom work made for you
Custom Order Policies
These policies are intended to make the custom-order process clear before production begins. Questions about a specific project can be discussed before an invoice or order is confirmed.
Order Acceptance & Right to Decline Projects
All custom orders are subject to acceptance by Randolph Custom Works. Submission of a quote request, estimate request, or other inquiry does not constitute acceptance of an order or obligate Randolph Custom Works to produce the requested item.
Randolph Custom Works reserves the right, at its discretion, to decline projects that are inconsistent with our business standards, production capabilities, safety requirements, legal obligations, or the products and services we choose to provide.
Customer Approval & Custom Order Finality
Because custom and personalized products are created specifically for the customer, orders produced in accordance with an approved design, specification, or confirmed invoice are final and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to a change of mind, customer ordering error, or preference after production.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming names, spelling, dates, sizes, quantities, colors, artwork, placement, materials, and other order details before approving the order. Once an invoice or order is confirmed and production has begun, changes may not be possible and may result in additional charges if Randolph Custom Works agrees to make them.
Production Errors & Defective Items
If Randolph Custom Works makes a production error or an item is defective, please contact us promptly with a description and, when helpful, photographs of the issue. We will evaluate the concern and, when appropriate, repair, replace, reproduce, or otherwise correct the affected portion of the order.
Variations that are inherent to handmade work, natural materials, manufacturing tolerances, or reasonable differences between screen displays and physical colors are not necessarily defects.
Customer-Provided Artwork, Logos & Content
By submitting artwork, logos, photographs, trademarks, text, designs, or other materials for reproduction, the customer represents that they own the material or have permission, authorization, or any required license to use and reproduce it for the requested project.
The customer is responsible for obtaining required permissions or licenses. Randolph Custom Works may decline to reproduce submitted material when ownership, authorization, legality, or appropriate use is uncertain.
